Refund Policy

Due to federal and local laws we will not be able to receive medications back after they were dispatched. If, for some reason, your order got damaged or did not show up - we will issue an immediate refund or send another package as per your request. You should also check your local importation laws regarding Generic medications; some places might disallow such an import. We will ask you to first allow the 21 business days from the day on which the order was sent to pass. In case you did not recieve the package or if you got notified by customers that your package was stalled or returned to the sender, e-mail us to support@us-pharma.net and we will take care of your request promptly.
